Hydronics Inside Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring that all customer orders via phone, email or fax are managed and processed in a timely manner. This role is a front line customer service representative for all external customers and is critical to the sales process cycle which includes providing pricing, checking stock and meeting the delivery requirements in order to meet the customers’ expectations.

Inside Sales is responsible for ensuring that all customer orders (via phone, email or through a Sales Representative) are entered and processed in a timely manner. Inside Sales is a front line customer service role and is critical to the sales process cycle .

The Outside Sales Associate is responsible for helping develop strong relationships with customers and the organization. Their ability to communicate and support our value proposition on behalf of NEXT supply is paramount to the success of the individual, the company with our existing and prospective customer base.
